EXCLUSIVE! Ghoul’s Radhika Apte, Manav Kaul, Vikramaditya Motwane recommend horror movies that you just can’t afford to miss
Netflix released its second original Indian series, Ghoul, last week. The miniseries, directed by Patrick Graham, received a positive response from critics and the audience. The series has been produced by Vikramaditya Motwane and certainly is a bold move. I mean to foray into an out-and-out horror miniseries is a brave move after coming out of Sacred Games. Ghoul stars Radhika Apte and Manav Kaul in the lead roles. The miniseries might just be the thing that will change the sad condition of the horror genre in India.
We met up with Vikramaditya, Patrick, Radhika, and Manav to talk about Ghoul and all things scary. We asked them to recommend their three favorite horror movies. Interestingly, Vikramaditya revealed that he is scared of horror movies. Manav, too, revealed in the interview that he gets scared easily. “I love horror movies but I don’t want to watch them. It is like too scary for me,” he said. (ALSO READ: EXCLUSIVE! Ghoul actress Radhika Apte talks about starring in three Netflix projects in the same year – watch video)
Radhika added, “I really enjoy horror films. Only thing is that I don’t watch them alone at home. I watch them if I have company.” So, basically, director Patrick seems to be the only legit horror fan of them all. Well, they all anyway listed out three recommendations in the horror genre that you should definitely check out. (Also READ: EXCLUSIVE!
